These General Conditions of Sale (in the sequel, General conditions) have as their object the regulation of the supply of customized products manufactured in Italy by our company on a remote work order opened by the client, via the electronic network of the "Geiger Guardioan Ray Counter" website which can be reached at the web address: https://www.contatoregeiger.net.

Internal classification of the Product classes present in our online catalogue
A) Products “Ordinary”, classified as “of third brand” therefore not of our production.
B) Products “Specials”, assembled to measure and partly by hand by our company, even with the essential use of special imported components, whose final price is strongly correlated to the trend of financial market rates. These products are classified as: “manufactured by ElettronicaNetwork, available exclusively on commission”
PURCHASE OF ORDINARY PRODUCTS.
Product orders “Ordinary “of third brand, when present in the online catalogue, carried out through the website itself, (in the sequel, Purchase Contracts) by users who access it (in the sequel, customers) are governed by these General Conditions as well as by the Consumer Code (D.lgs. nr. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (articles. 50 – 67) and the rules on electronic commerce (D.lgs. 70/2003), subject to some exceptions (reported below), about work orders for the on-demand production of Products “Specials”, customizable and available exclusively upon specific manufacturing request of the customer.
With the conclusion of the Purchase Contracts, according to procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions. The client, therefore, you are invited to read carefully, before carrying out any purchase transaction, these General Conditions e, once the purchase procedure provided by the Site has been completed, to print them or otherwise keep them, according to your preferred methods.

The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, by ElettronicaNetwork, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the actual Product; and that, with particular regard to its actual dimensions and/or the chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packaging. In case of difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description on the product sheet always prevails.
General purchasing procedure.
The Customer depending on the type of goods can purchase the so-called products directly “Ordinary” or even commission the production of those classified as “Specials” reported in the electronic catalog where they are illustrated in detail, selecting them starting from the home page of the Site itself by "navigating" within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets, respecting the technical access procedures illustrated therein.
The publication of the Products displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a direct purchase contract proposal or to open a work order, if provided for that specific product. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and entails complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions
The correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by ElettronicaNetwork. via an automatic response sent to the email address communicated by the Customer and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate a “Order number”, to be used in any subsequent communication with ElettronicaNetwork. The message will pop up again, in addition to the information required by law, all data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Possible increased costs caused by errors in data not reported promptly,will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in your personal area. who also has the right to cancel it promptly within 24 hours from the moment he forwarded it, provided that the goods have not already been shipped in the meantime,. In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer If the goods have not yet been shipped, Credit card and PayPal payments will be fully credited back to the customer's credit card. However, in the case of payment by bank transfer, the crediting fees will be borne by the customer himself
It may be possible that there may be occasional unavailability of the Products offered, then, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, fully or partially available, the order will be sent with the available products after having sent communication to the Customer regarding the unavailable products.
ElettronicaNetwork has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make any claims or rights whatsoever, in any capacity, also compensatory, in case of non-acceptance of the order itself. In particular, ElettronicaNetwork reserves the right not to accept purchase offers and cancel orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if, even following a comparison with the circuit that manages credit card payments, anomalies are found in the transactions and in the payment methods used by the Customer.
Confirmation of the order placed by the customer via the site itself and of the availability of the goods ordered, will be notified via email to the Customer by ElettronicaNetwork within 1 working day of electronic receipt of the same.
Delivery costs are adequately highlighted at the time of ordering. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary based on the delivery and payment method as well as the destination and overall weight of the goods and the total amount of the order.
Shipping methods and delivery costs
ElettronicaNetwork generally delivers orders via its own courier throughout Italy, with rare but possible exceptions and delivery will take place without an appointment.
ElettronicaNetwork issues a regular invoice for the Products purchased, when the products have been paid for by the customer in the various accepted ways, or bank transfer, credit card and cash, For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer is valid. Delivery is considered completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice and will attempt delivery the next day.
In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even the following day due to the absence of the recipient, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the Customer for the following 3 days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to prolonged absence of the recipient, the Products included in the order will be returned to ElettronicaNetwork which will charge the customer the costs of courier storage and any reshipment of the goods.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by ElettronicaNetwork, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
– That the package is intact and the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered
– That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
Any damage to the packaging and the Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately reported by the Customer, who can contact ElettronicaNetwork through Customer Service specifying the order for which such problems occurred.
Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or unavoidable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the delivery cost borne by ElettronicaNetwork, will give it the right to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Contract. In such cases, ElettronicaNetwork will be responsible for providing timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the email address indicated by the Customer and the latter will have the right to a refund of any price already paid., any further claims are excluded, in any capacity, towards ElettronicaNetwork
Mode’ Payment General:
ATTENTION: Before making any type of payment, the customer is required to contact the ElettronicaNetwork sales office on 070 810664 / 333 760201 to make sure of the availability of the ordered product and the expected times for its shipment by courier.
For insignificant amounts, if provided for the specific product, the customer will be enabled to pay for the Products purchased with his credit card on Paypal or from his possible PayPal account, which is the well-known company of the eBay group, and offers a fast and secure payment system. In the case of higher amounts, the default payment method is bank transfer.
When payment by bank transfer is expected, ElettronicaNetwork will communicate its IBAN to the customer's email address so that the customer can proceed with payment of the order.
When payment by cash on delivery is required, the customer can pay in cash directly to the courier who will deliver the ordered Products. The courier will not deliver the Products if it does not receive the requested amount.
It is felt that, in compliance with current anti-money laundering legislation, cash payment on delivery will only be possible for amounts less than €. 1000 (Mille).
In some cases, ElettronicaNetwork may ask the customer to pay a deposit in advance to be established, or even the advance payment of the entire supply in a single solution, in particular for orders that concern goods available or produced only to order , and in general for all supplies of significant amounts. Application of the Warranty:
The legal guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, for private individuals the minimum duration required by law is 2 years (2) or even more where otherwise specified. For companies or professionals, who purchase with VAT number, as required by Italian legislation, the legal guarantee is equal to (1) just one year.
The warranty may lapse automatically and immediately, if the buyer uses the product in a way that does not comply with the use for which it was built, and therefore if it does not scrupulously comply with the specifications declared by the manufacturer and/or ElettronicaNetwork.
The validity of the guarantee, begins on the date of purchase of the product. the purchase must be appropriately documented by the customer by showing the purchase invoice at the time he intends to make use of the guarantee..

The products to be repaired still under warranty can be delivered by hand by the customer himself or shipped postage paid after completing the online RETURNS form. then ElettronicaNetwork will verify the compliance of the request and in case of positive outcome it will authorize the return also assigning it an RMA number, which must be clearly specified by the customer on the label affixed to the package containing the product to be shipped. The shipment must also contain a copy of the sales invoice and must be addressed to the operational headquarters of our company, or in via delle Gardenie, 76 09045 Quartu Sant'Elena – possible delivery times from 10am – 13, and from 3pm.00 at 18.00, from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
In the case of obsolescent items, discontinued and/or not repairable, the defective product will be automatically replaced without any increase in costs for the customer (free of charge), with a similar device, having similar or even superior commercial value and/or characteristics, compared to the original product.
The transport costs incurred by the customer for sending the goods under warranty for repair, are always to be considered entirely at the expense of the same, the customer also assumes full responsibility for the possible risk of damage or loss of the goods during transport.

Communications and complaints:
All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards ElettronicaNetwork relating to the Purchase Contracts, must be communicated via email or via the appropriate contact forms on the website.
Intellectual property rights:
All brands (registered or not), as well as any and all intellectual works, distinctive sign or denomination, image, photography, written or graphic text and more generally. any other intangible asset protected by laws and international conventions regarding intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of ElettronicaNetwork and/or its licensors, without the Customer having any rights over the same from accessing the Site and/or stipulating the Purchase Contracts.
Any use, even if only partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written authorization of ElettronicaNetwork and/or its assignors, for whose benefit they are reserved, exclusively, all related rights.
Production, Supply and withdrawal of the so defined: Products “Specials”, the price of which, as a result of the particular components used, is directly correlated to the trend in financial market rates, classified on our website as: “manufactured and supplied exclusively on commission”.
Our company designs, produces on commission and supplies to individuals and companies, “Specials” professional products that can be customized for the monitoring of ionizing radiation,
These products are therefore not subject to any warehouse stock, as they are manufactured and supplied exclusively “On Demand” or upon receipt of a formal request from the client. In practice, the production and supply of this class of products is activated exclusively at the express wish of the customer who commissions their production.
This type of product “Specials”, can be provided to the customer exclusively through the receipt of a “unconventional order”, as aimed at opening a specific work order to our company for the processing of the requested product.
The aforementioned order may be sent to us “online”, via the website's electronic cart procedures or even via email, upon request for a supply offer to be sent to the address: preventivi@contatoregeiger.net , showing the characteristics of the product you are interested in, a telephone number to be contacted, the tax data for invoicing and the address for shipping the goods.
Upon receipt of an online order from the customer regarding this class of products, once payment of the requested sum(s) has been verified, one will be opened immediately shop assistant.. Competent forum:
Any disputes relating to the interpretation and execution of the contracts stipulated in accordance with these general conditions will be resolved before the competent judicial authority based on the applicable legislation, in the case of "consumer" customers, while for "professional" customers the competent court will be Cagliari.
